Account deletion

Delete your NORTH account

Request permanent deletion of your NORTH account and associated data.

Important: deletion requests require identity verification from your registered email address. Deletion is permanent once confirmed.

Delete in the app

  1. Open NORTH.
  2. Open the Profile tab.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Choose Delete Account.
  5. Review the confirmation and complete the verified request.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email a deletion request from the address associated with your NORTH account.

Include your registered email address. NORTH aims to respond to verified deletion requests within 30 days and sends confirmation when processing is complete.

What deletion covers

Deletion removes your account profile, planning and reflection content, Knowledge Vault items, Captain-related account data, Growth Path and Journey data, connections, and linked push token. Aggregated analytics without direct identifiers may be retained. Raw voice and page-scan images are not stored permanently by default.

Store subscriptions are separate. Deleting your NORTH account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store account.
