What we collect

How we use data
We use data to provide NORTH features, generate requested Captain responses, deliver enabled notifications, protect the service, enforce subscription limits, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data for advertising.
AI processing
Captain requests are processed server-side. NORTH uses service providers to process the inputs required for the feature you choose. Do not submit content you are not authorized to share.
Retention and deletion
Account and app content are retained until account deletion unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. AI usage logs may be retained for up to 90 days for abuse prevention. Aggregated analytics may be retained without direct identifiers. See Delete Account for the deletion process.
Your choices
You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent for optional processing where available. Contact privacy@buildwiseai.cloud for privacy requests.
